In this app you keep a sleep diary and record approximate times for when you go to bed and get up and approximately how much of this time you have actually slept. Based on your individual sleeping habits, the app can then give you tailored recommendations for how you can effectively and gently limit the number of hours you lie in bed. This is to best increase the conditions for a good nights sleep.
